river of murmurs
into this river I go up to my eyes
and here I glimpse
my flowing
murmurs
centering circles
thus soul outflows
abandons body to release
steradian potential
electrical discharge
and thus it is
when I find myself in myself
self by self only I flow like a river
and my eyes see
broad plains far as the visible
to the world’s end I am all
eyes on the world’s surface flowing
current
steradian in a single second
of the speed of light
English version: John Minahane
rieka šumov
do tejto rieky vchádzam až po oči
a tu uzriem
svoje plynutie
šumí
stredmi kruhov
takto duša odplýva
telo opúšťa aby uvoľnila
potenciál steradiánu
elektrický výboj
a tak to býva
keď sa ocitám sama v sebe
sebou len sebou prúdim ako rieka
a moje oči vidia
široké pláne dovidia
až na koniec sveta som všetkým
očami na prúdení hladiny sveta
prúdom
steradiánom v jedinej sekunde
rýchlosti svetla

I’m sheltering from a storm
in alexander nevsky cathedral
cupolas
tall candles candelabras
in prayers
I shall hear
the murmuring of the sea
I shall lay
two flowers
I shall light
two candles
(and I will think of you)
precisely here
I shall be
and thus I shall remain
English version: John Minahane
skryjem sa pred búrkou
v katedrále alexandra nevského
kupoly
vysoké sviece svietniky
v modlitbách
počujem
šumenie mora
dva kvety
položím
dve sviece
zapálim
(a budem myslieť na teba)
presne tu
budem
a takto zotrvám
I embroider an autumn landscape of thread
I pass the time
waiting for you
the winding wool of knitted caps and scarves
october
again is here
and a cold shiver
unobtrusively on the tiles
the crackle of the first snow my beloved
tomorrow you’ll return to me
English version: John Minahane
háčkujem jesennú krajinu z vlákien
krátim si čas
čakaním na teba
vlnenie upletených čiapok a nákrčníkov
október
je opäť tu
a zimomrivým v kachliach nenápadne
praská prvý sneh môj milovaný
už zajtra sa ku mne vrátiš
